BostonCoach Goes to GNED Annual Meeting

IAAP GNED Annual Meeting

Every year, the Greater New England Division (GNED) of the International Association of Administrative Professionals (IAAP) hosts a conference to promote camaraderie and provide learning, certification and networking opportunities for local administrative professionals. BostonCoach is a proud sponsor of this year’s event. The 2013 IAAP GNED Annual Meeting & Conference has some great activities planned, including amazing speakers, live entertainment, raffles and giveaways, and an opportunity for professionals to connect with others in their field.

The GNED Annual Meeting aligns with IAAP’s core mission, which is to “enhance the success of career-minded administrative professionals by providing opportunities for growth through education, community building, and leadership development.”

You can learn more about the GNED conference here, and follow along with conversations about it on GNED’s event Facebook page. We will also be sharing more information about what we have planned for the event here on the blog.

BostonCoach Supports: Everett Babe Ruth League

One of our core goals at BostonCoach is to support the local community and give back by sponsoring good causes that help enrich the lives of those around us. This year we’re excited to be a sponsor of the Everett Babe Ruth League. Our main BostonCoach headquarters is in Everett, MA — just outside of Boston — and we’re happy to support a baseball league and healthy competition so close to home. We wish all the players, coaches, families and fans a great season!

BostonCoach Supports: BMC Gala 2013

BMCgalaThe medical community in Boston is world-renowned, and the world has been watching our local hospitals closely these past few weeks. One of them, Boston Medical Center, is hosting its annual gala this Saturday, May 3 and we couldn’t be prouder to be a sponsor. We’re donating chauffeured transportation to go along with a truly fabulous auction item: a progressive dinner for 6 with the New England Patriots’ Jerod Mayo and his wife Chantel.

Held each year, the BMC Gala aims to raise funds to support the hospital’s mission: to provide exceptional care without exception. That commitment was on full display recently as the BMC treated many of those affected by the Boston Marathon attacks. As you can see on the hospital’s Twitter, BMC has been sharing stories of patient recovery and community support and camaraderie, offering hope and boosting the morale of patients, families and caregivers. Our hope is that this weekend’s gala is their most successful one yet!

BostonCoach Supports: Water For People & US Vets Women’s ADVANCE Program

Here at BostonCoach, our values guide us in everything we do — including how we give back. That’s why we’re honored to donate premium chauffeured transportation to the Harvard Business School charity auction being held this Friday, May 3. All proceeds from this event will go to two inspiring causes: US Vets/ADVANCE Program for Women, a non-profit that provides comprehensive services tailored to female veterans, and Water for People, a non-profit that focuses providing resources for long-lasting, safe drinking water and sanitation in developing countries.

We are proud to support the wonderful work of these organizations and encourage you to learn more by visiting the US Vets/ADVANCE Program for Women site and the Water for People site. You can also support both of these great causes right now:
